The study
Who took part
70 undergraduate students in Iran took part, 35 in each group. The paper doesn't give their ages or sex.
What they did
The training group had 10 sessions of 90 minutes each on managing time. The other group got no training. Both groups filled in the same questionnaire at the start and at the end.
What happened
At the end, the training group scored higher on the questionnaire than the other group. The paper gives no group averages, so the size of the gap can't be read.
