About ÜBERMAD
ÜBERMAD is about getting things done. It sums up research in plain words and rates what you can do by how sure the research is and how much it could help.
What’s here
Each post sums up one study or review on procrastination, focus, habits, routines and goals. People with ADHD are one of the groups studied, and posts say who took part. Each finding is tagged with tools: actions you can take, like “Track your progress”, and rules for when, where or how, like “Before going to bed”.
Tools get two ratings in each topic: Evidence (how sure we can be) and Potential benefit (how much it could help), from 1 to 4 stars each. They are worked out by fixed rules from the studies on the site. How we rate explains the rules, how studies are picked, and the limits.
Independence
The same rules apply to every tool. A rating can be moved by hand by one star at most, and only with a written reason that the tool’s page shows. Insights and theories never move stars, however popular they are.
How AI is used
The summaries are written with AI help from the full text of each study and checked by automated checks and model reviews. AI models also help screen studies, and code applies fixed rules to their answers. The illustrations are made with AI image tools. Not every summary has been checked by a person, so mistakes are possible.
Corrections
When we fix a mistake in a post or a rating, the page shows the date it was updated. Ratings are worked out again whenever a post changes.
Not medical advice
ÜBERMAD sums up research. It is not medical advice, and it can’t tell you what is right for you. Pages about ADHD are not diagnosis or treatment advice: talk to a clinician, and don’t stop or change a treatment because of something you read here.
